Cookie policy

Cookie categories, purpose and retention, when counters load and how to withdraw consent.

Updated: 20 August 2026

1. General

This cookie policy is one of the personal-data measures required by article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 7 May 2021 No. 99-Z “On personal data protection”.

It explains how the site processes cookies and similar technologies.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small data that the Site may store in the browser for page operation, security and (after consent) statistics or marketing.

3. Cookie categories

The table follows the structure recommended by the competent authority: category, purpose, retention.

The consent choice (accept / reject / settings) is stored in the browser (localStorage) for up to 12 months so the banner is not shown on every visit. After that period the banner is shown again.

As of the policy date, functional settings beyond recording consent are not used. Marketing tags are not loaded. Analytics counters are attached only after analytics consent and only if counter IDs are set in the Site configuration.

CategoryPurposeRetentionConsent
Technical (necessary)Page operation, security, Site stabilitySession; some records — up to 12 monthsNot required
FunctionalSaved interface settingsUp to 12 months from consentConsent required
AnalyticsAnonymised visit statistics (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics — only when counter IDs are set)Up to 12 months from consentConsent required
MarketingAdvertising and measurement tagsUp to 12 months from consentConsent required

4. Legal bases

Technical cookies are processed regardless of consent: without them the Site cannot work reliably.

Functional, analytics and marketing cookies are processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent.

On the first visit the Site shows a banner with equal actions: Accept, Reject and Settings. Refusing optional cookies does not turn off technical cookies.

You can change the choice at any time via Cookie settings in the Site footer.

5. When counters load

Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics scripts load only after stored analytics consent. Until the user chooses, counters are not loaded. Page-view events tied to analytics are also not sent without that consent.

If counter IDs are not set on the Site, analytics scripts do not load even with consent.

6. Cross-border transfer

While analytics and marketing services are not loaded, the Site does not send cookie data to foreign analytics or advertising providers.

After counters are connected with consent, the controller transfers cookie data to third parties: ООО «Яндекс» (Russian Federation) when Metrica is on and an ID is set; Google LLC (USA) when Google Analytics is on and an ID is set.

Transfer to states where the level of protection may differ from Belarus takes place only after consent to the relevant cookie category.

Separately: form request content is sent via Telegram — that is described in the Privacy policy, not in the cookie table.

7. Data-subject rights

The list of rights and how to exercise them is in the Privacy policy. Cookie questions may be sent by email or phone from Contacts.

The competent authority for data-subject rights is the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus (https://cpd.by/).

8. Disabling cookies in the browser

The user may restrict or delete cookies in browser settings, clear history or use incognito mode. Turning off technical cookies may impair some Site functions.
